What is a #fillyourcup workshop?
A day of creativity and exploration. The workshop is an opportunity to learn more about self-care and how you can do some simple wellbeing practices to impact on your health, your everyday living and your parenting.
What do you do on the workshop?
Learn. Laugh. Love. Throughout the day, you will be engaging with the group in art journal activities designed to help you understand what self-care is and to learn how you can parent from a place of wellbeing, abundance and calm.
What do you get?
You get ‘self-full’. You get calm. You will be nourished with healthy and yummy refreshments and a home-cooked lunch. You will come away with a working journal, filled with ideas, reminders, prompts and strategies to create more self-care in your life.
